Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional product knowledge and client consultation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with personalized follow-up
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance brand presentation
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Represent brand values through professional appearance and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
