Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients within the Ohio market to expand our customer base.
- Sales Execution: Demonstrate products or services effectively, handle inquiries, and close deals to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
