What You Will Do
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue growth through consultative selling and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize CRM tools and outbound strategies to identify and qualify new leads within the Kentucky and Ohio markets.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct high-energy sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, converting interest into closed deals.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, profitable relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to final contract signing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train high-energy candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Louisville, KY or Cincinnati, OH area.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using technology, specifically CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Drive: A self-motivated mindset with a hunger to earn based on performance and results.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
