- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to close contracts and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot to track progress and opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
