Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and prospect new business opportunities.
- Present products and services to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead contact to closing the deal.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated individual with a hunger for success and a track record of hitting targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
