Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for territory expansion.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using CRM software.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required.
- Familiarity with sales software (CRM) is a plus.
