Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by engaging customers and showcasing our premium product portfolio with enthusiasm.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and consultative selling techniques.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring an organized, welcoming, and safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Provide product knowledge and training to new team members to foster a collaborative culture.
- Identify customer needs and suggest complementary products to maximize the average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (or a strong willingness to learn and grow).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on the customer.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, resilient attitude under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
