Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clearly communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation required for local client visits.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
