- Sales Targets: consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through effective consultative selling techniques.
- Product Knowledge: stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and industry trends to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Merchandising: maintain accurate inventory levels and execute visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks its best.
- Team Collaboration: support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Feedback: gather customer feedback and communicate product or service issues to management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Customer Focus: A proven track record of putting the customer first and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Goal Orientation: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
