Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to identify needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Build and maintain a database of customer contacts for future follow-up and upselling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
