Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct needs analysis calls with prospective clients to understand their business challenges.
- Present product demonstrations and pitch solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaign materials.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure high customer retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
