Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by actively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored product solutions
- Exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, process transactions, and handle returns/exchanges
- Merchandise products according to brand guidelines to create visually compelling displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and operational excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and participate in stock rotation processes
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven retail or sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail technology platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional store-related errands
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for inventory management and transaction processing
