Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Operate inventory management systems for stock replenishment and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with retail technology (POS, inventory systems)
