Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet/exceed monthly revenue targets through effective consultative selling strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain a robust network of local clients and partners within the Fresno area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute territory-specific marketing plans.
- Accurately process transactions and manage inventory levels within the sales floor.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
