As a Sales Associate, you will represent our client's brand and connect with local businesses to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound sales campaigns to generate new business leads within the local Philadelphia area.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Present product demonstrations and explain service features and benefits to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
