Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and expand our market presence in the Oklahoma City region.
- Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective customers to identify pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and drive repeat business.
- Track and analyze sales metrics daily to optimize performance and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends and product feedback.
- Participate in daily team meetings to align on strategies and share success stories.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
