Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products and services, achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional events and store marketing initiatives.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and product performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse customer base.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
