Responsibilities
- Lead Acquisition: Utilize various channels to identify and generate qualified leads within the NC and VA territory.
- Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and in-person meetings to introduce our services and assess client needs.
- Presentation & Closing: Deliver persuasive product presentations and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and nurture relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- Market Research: Analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies for maximum impact.
- Professional Development: Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and negotiate effectively.
- Location: Must reside in North Carolina or Virginia and be willing to travel to the office.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
