As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering customer loyalty in the Kansas City area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Present our products and services to potential customers, demonstrating how we solve their problems.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM software.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback on customer needs to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and succeed in sales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for local client visits).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
