Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise across technology categories
- Actively identify and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- 0-2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and technology
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license for occasional vendor pickups
