Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking within the Milwaukee community.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and with internal support staff to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivation: A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote and hybrid-capable environment.
- Local Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the Milwaukee business landscape is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
