- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our cutting-edge solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage a robust pipeline in our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or a strong desire to break into the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
