Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and consultative sales solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to create compelling displays
- Train on new product lines and seasonal collections
- Participate in weekend and holiday retail events
- Utilize CRM system to track customer preferences and purchase history
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Valid CA driver's license for local inventory deliveries
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse clientele
