Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and foster referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and share market insights.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed personal and team-based sales quotas on a weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a hunger for success and financial growth.
