Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate high-quality leads within the Detroit metropolitan area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to meet client needs and overcome objections.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and team-building activities to foster a high-energy culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in person and over the phone.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
