Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue by effectively demonstrating products and closing transactions with a focus on exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Merchandise the sales floor to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies to increase foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and industry news to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and processing returns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
