Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Assist in training new hires and share product knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local outreach (if applicable).
