Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach and networking within the Portland and California markets.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and accurately forecast revenue.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with high drive are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a hunger to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
