Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and consistently meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Engage customers proactively, demonstrating products with passion and expertise to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high customer retention.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store upkeep to maintain a professional and appealing environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support team goals and share best practices for success.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a 5-star experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred; however, we are willing to train high-potential candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and friendly demeanor.
- Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
