Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Drive sales performance by actively suggesting products and upselling to meet daily targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to attract shoppers.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on total satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
