Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional, energetic, and friendly demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products and provide expert recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to meet company standards.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required for high performers.
