Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Drive sales goals through active product promotion and effective upselling techniques.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs regularly.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
