Qualifications
- 1+ years sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Available for weekday shifts (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm)
- Proficient in CRM and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional vendor trips
