Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales targets and exceed monthly performance goals through effective product knowledge and persuasion.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for store promotions and product launches.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Valid California driver's license is a plus.
