The Role:

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, assessing their needs to provide personalized recommendations.
- Drive sales targets by utilizing product knowledge to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with a high level of integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and processing shipments.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new sales strategies and store promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record in retail sales or customer service with a focus on meeting targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- A valid driver's license may be required for store errands.
