Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Track sales metrics and report performance to management to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
