Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and educating customers about our products and services.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting current promotions and utilizing upselling techniques to meet individual and team targets.
- Maintain the showroom floor to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business or retail management is a plus.
