- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Assist customers in finding products by answering questions and demonstrating product features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and solution-oriented manner.
- Stay informed about current sales promotions, product inventory, and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Willingness to learn new products and sales techniques quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
