Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product knowledge demonstrations and personalized customer consultations
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays during overnight shifts
- Process inbound shipments, organize inventory, and ensure stockroom accuracy
- Collaborate with night crew to execute floor resets and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to store security protocols during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory software
- Valid California driver's license (if required for logistics)
