Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet all customers with a warm, professional smile.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products, up-selling, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Restock merchandise and keep the sales floor organized and inviting.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and drive.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
