As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for driving revenue and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to determine their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments, handle returns, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Organize the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and inventory is managed.
- Build rapport with clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Communicate product knowledge and promotions effectively to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior sales experience necessary; we train all hires.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
- A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
