Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct high-volume product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Consult with clients to identify their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Manage accurate customer data in the CRM system to ensure pipeline visibility.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (Immediate hiring for high performers).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
