Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to highlight value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Accurately record all sales activities and customer data into the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of sales success or a strong desire to learn the sales profession.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Willingness to travel within the Tampa area for client meetings (occasionally).
