Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Exceed quarterly sales targets in SaaS/cloud solutions vertical
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Present product demos to C-level executives across time zones
- Attend mandatory weekly night shift training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Exceptional communication and objection handling skills
- Ability to work independently on night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
