Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions, forecast revenue, and manage pipeline efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger).
