Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome every customer with a smile, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales by effectively recommending products and closing transactions at the point of sale.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and inventory levels.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to meet company standards.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Proactive, energetic, and customer-centric mindset.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
