Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new potential clients within the Albuquerque market to expand our customer base.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct product demonstrations and needs analyses to recommend tailored solutions to clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to align on sales goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (internships considered for top candidates).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with sales software and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
