Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by actively prospecting and qualifying leads within the San Diego market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating our value propositions.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated individual with a hunger to achieve and exceed aggressive targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
