Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized consultations and follow-ups
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high conversion rates
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Conduct product knowledge training for new team members
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify inventory and merchandising opportunities
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (portfolio required)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and POS systems
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
