Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person sales consultations using our consultative selling framework
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain pristine product knowledge across luxury inventory categories
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance customer engagement
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining 100% inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental KPIs
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized follow-ups
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales with minimum 2 years' experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas consistently
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- College degree in business or related field strongly preferred
